Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

Exchanges, subject to availability, can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
Accessible seats are intended to be used by people with disabilities and their companions. The accessible seats in row Z are chairs that can be removed to accommodate space for a wheelchair.

When all other non-accessible seats have been sold, this row can be sold to members of the general public who do not need the specific features of accessible seats.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Crown Point High School). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
